Dr. Darren Hudson

MRI Clinical Lead MRSC™ for InHealth

Darren has a Master's in Health Science, a Post Graduate Certificate in Health and Social Care Management, and one in Clinical Education. He recently completed his Doctorate in Clinical Research where his prime focus was around Virtual Reality and its use as a preparatory tool prior to MRI.

Darren is MRI Clinical Lead for InHealth, an Independent Sector provider of Diagnostic solutions within the UK. He works within the Clinical Quality team for the organisation and provides professional leadership for the MRI Radiographers they employ. His role encompasses many aspects of MRI across the business, from quality and governance to education and training.

He was MRI Safety Certified by the American MRI Safety Board in 2016, which helps support his role as in MRI safety across the organisation in collaboration with their MRSE. As well as safety, he is passionate about patient experience within MRI and continues to drive this forward internally.

Darren’s other interests are around innovations and their application within MRI in general, as well as advancing practice and supporting workforce development

Harriet

Dr. Harriet Rogers

Senior MRI Physicist at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust

Harriet has studied and worked across a range of areas within the field of MRI. She obtained her MSc in Quantitative Neuroimaging from the University of Bristol, and her PhD in Biophysics and Imaging from UCL where she specialised in paediatric renal imaging. She has worked as an MRI Researcher in preclinical stroke, clinical hemianopia, and as a Research Fellow in prostate cancer. Harriet joined the NHS in 2021 as an MRI Physicist in PETMR at UCLH, and she is currently a Senior MRI Physicist at Guy's and St Thomas' Trust where she works across a variety of areas including MR safety, intraoperative MRI, PETMR and clinical protocol development.

Christos

Christos Tsiotsios, MSc

MRI Clinical Specialist, Part-time instructor at European University of Cyprus

Christos graduated as a Radiographer from the Department of Radiologic Technology and Radiotherapy of the National Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Athens, Greece, in 2015.
He completed his Master's degree in current applications in medical imaging from the University of West Attica, Athens, Greece, in 2023.
He has a profound knowledge of MRI safety, MR physics, MR image quality optimization and MRI protocols. In addition, he has gained his experience working as an MRI application specialist and training MRI Radiographers.
He is currently working as head of Radiographers at Markides MRI & Diagnostic Imaging in Limassol, Cyprus, and as part-time instructor at European University of Cyprus in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Christos shares his passion for MRI as the admin of MRI_technologist on social media.
